Dear all,
In my DNAC, I've successfully added my Smart Account credentials (System > Settings > Smart Account). I want to switch my credentials with other credentials but I get the following error: "Smart Account privilege check is failed. Smart Account credentials are incorrect or do not have access to the Cisco software licensing account for your organization".
However, this Smart Account user account has Smart Account Administrator role (same as my user).
Anyone who already faced this issue? (DNAC 2.3.5.4)
I also tried to delete my credentials but got the error "Selected smart account is active, can't be deleted". Already checked DNAC Smart Account Licensing issue - Cisco Community.
Anyone else who faced that issue too?
Regards,
Sylvain.

I tried to add the new account into Smart Account credentials page but I receive the error you see in the attached screenshot.
With my own account, I can view all virtual accounts linked to the selected Smart Account.
