Dear All, Screenshot 2024-11-11 104401.png

I have a problem with DNA Center

I was preparing the server for the first time to use after i finished first time GUI did not open and give me (no route and no API found with those values)

then I tried to reinstall it again, but I did not finish it, and press cancel

after that server did not boot and ask me to reboot and select proper boot device

i have tried to boot from different options but the same result

what should I do to recover it again?

Typically this happens when there is something like a firmware or driver issue. I would suggest running the HUU and upgrading the Cisco IMC to the recommended version based on the release notes for the Cisco Catalyst Center version you are attempting to install.

thansks for your answer,

i have updated all the component but still the same
