Is there a way to reset a DNA Center appliance to "factory defaults" ?

When you say “factory defaults” please note that , by default there is a pre-installed DNAC version installed.

As of now there is no reset/soft-reset option which can revert back to that relase.

Only option is to do fresh install via ISO ( you can choose which version you want to install and select respective ISO’s).

I only want to reset the database back to "null".

Is there a downloadable ISO on CCO ? I haven´t found it.

Please open up a TAC case, they will be able to publish you the ISO download link.

Ok, do you know if I can find the serial for the appliance via the DNA C Gui ?

For Failed Backup and Restore operation requires service cleanup (Reset). I would recommend to open a TAC Case.
