Quick caution, you may wish to contact Cisco prior to attempting and upgrade to 2.3.7.7-70047-CSCwn89323.SMU. Our recent attempt failed and we opened a TAC case. Apparently, this new upgrade has a few issues and "many customers are experiencing an issue with the upgrade." TAC was able to resolve the issue and we have now successfully completed the upgrade but it took about 36 hours from the start or the process.
I'm fairly certain that they will resolve this issue soon, but I just wanted to make the community aware of the possible issue.

Thank you @ChuckMcF for the heads up. Can I ask what version was running on your Catalyst Center before attempting the upgrade?
I'm assuming it was 2.3.7.7-70047.

Yes, we were running 2.3.7.7, which I guess was technically 2.3.7.7-70047.

Just tried to upgrade the day before yesterday. And the upgrade is hanging on downloading applications( Downloaded (35/49) )
So I guess there is still some issues with the upgrade.

Fairly certain that is exactly where it caught me - 35/49. Call TAC, they are aware of the issue and can get you through it fairly soon.
Good luck!

I had a feeling I should have checked the forums before clicking upgrade..
