Hi NKT,
What Windows server version is that?
You have to also make sure the Option 43 is correctly setup in Win Server - This is not a fix of not receiving an IP.
Try with this in the ASCII field: 5A1N;B2;K4;Ix.x.x.x;J80 -> Where x.x.x.x is the IP address of the PnP server.
Let me know if that works.
Regards,
Pablo.

There is mis configuration in 9300 switch , after changed to Access port from trunk port , dhcp is working and PnP agent got the IP from MS DHCP server.

There is no limitation with MS DHCP server. If you are not receiving an IP address from the DHCP server, it could a misconfiguration of the scope on the DHCP server. I would suggest taking a packet capture to ensure a DHCP Offer is being sent by the DHCP server back to the PNP agent.
