Scheduling recurring day-n templates or day-n template validation

Hi all,

I am trying to find out if DNAC/Cisco Catalyst Center allows for running recurring day-n templates? I am able to schedule the work once, but not so that it reoccurs. Also, is it possible to create a jinja or velocity template so that it does validation instead of command line execution?

Thanks!

No, there is no recurring option and I haven't seen a need for one yet, so if you have a good use case, please share!  When you provision a day-N template, Cat Center will automatically start validating the commands that it pushes.  This is called Config Compliance and is pretty popular.  This is just one element of compliance that you can run reports on periodically to make sure that all devices are in compliance with config, security advisories, and software versions.

In an upcoming release there will be an ability to monitor compliance without provisioning day-N compliance.
