but for the Bug ID you provided there is no any answer to the question when this support will be added or if it will be added at all. This bug was issued by mistake to the PSIRT, which is a completely wrong place, and the answer is exactly that it is not a PSIRT where such question should be asked.

DNAC is not something one uses to manages anyone's network. Even some people from Cisco agree:

The Cisco Catalyst Center is a tool designed for many things, network control, assurance, analytics, troubleshooting, and deployment to name a few but it is not a monitoring tool. This is because of multiple reasons but generally if a device were to "go down" we should expect that the Cisco Catalyst Center will not report it for about 5 minutes. In a monitoring tool, this would be measured in seconds.

I have provided the answer in a Bug ID (and a screenshot). Read the Bug ID.

yes, that's very strange. Catalyst 1000 series was a recommended replacement for Catalyst 2960-L series switches which were announced as end of life about 4 years ago. And still, 2960-L are supported in a Catalyst Center, but Catalyst 1000 is not.
But I am afraid that the answer to your question is never, because catalyst 1000 is also announced as End of Life, I don't think they will add any new support for it.
