I have pay for the CML tool but I cannot use it because I cannot download it I got the following error:

I have already update my profile with my company information and the full address but is been 3 days with no useful reply from cisco (case number:02256155).
im missing something? or im doing something wrong? please help (the year long license is not cheap)

I believe I ran into the same issue(memory is a bit foggy) when I bought CML PE, support was able to help me in the end. I unfortunately don't think there is much you can do other than staying in touch with support and crossing your fingers.

Hi @themrgabrielman , I understand that you have filled in your company information and full address. May i know if there are any blank fields in your profile? Cisco will consider your profile as incomplete if there are any blank fields. If you do not know or have information to be filled on a specific field, please fill in with a generic value.

Hi Gabriel, after completing the profile, did you try clearing the cache of the browser? It is best to switch to a different browser after updating the profile.
