I have noticed, on the Android app, when I go to look at My Activity that even though there are replies I cannot see them. Has anyone else noticed this?

Has this been happening for some time? Which version of the app are you using (v1.2 or v2.2 - the latter was released yesterday)? I'm trying to understand if this started after you upgraded, or if it's been happening for some time.

If you can send me an email (djdube@cisco.com) with your CCOID, which device, and OS you're using, I can start digging into the problem.

I am running the update that I received yesterday:

ver 2.2 b 1043

Now I am even having issues logging in.

Dave helped off the forums, so I am going to mark his answer as the correct one.

Just to follow up for the benefit of others... here's a recap of some of the issues we've seen with the Android 2.2 client:

  • Tablet users were not seeing the client in the Google Play store. We fixed this issue with the release of v2.2.1
  • Some users are reporting that they are unable to see their support cases. The issue affects users that have a period in their CCOID. When a user pulls their open support cases, the CCOID is getting truncated at the period. We will be spinning a new version of the client (v2.2.2 - to be released shortly).
  • Users who were logged in, and then upgraded were no longer seeing their Activities (Chris's issue). The issue stems with how the CCOID is stored - to fix the problem, log out of the app, and log back in. If you're still having issues, log out of the app and clear the data cache, then log back in. We'll be addressing this issue in a future version (not v2.2.2).
