Broadworks - How to avoid losing all my Broadworks changes with new sandbox

Hi Support Team,

 

Is there a way to extend the sandbox so it does not expire.  When I reserve a new sandbox, new accounts and new password are created so I have to do the same changes to all my phones

Also I assume any changes I made on previous sandbox will be gone with the new sandbox.  Is that true?  How to avoid it?
