Broadworks Sandbox - How to add new device profile type?

We are developing our own phone device to support Device Management in Broadworks. And need to know how to add a new device profile type in the Broadworks Sandbox environment.

Yes the document is helpful, Will you provide us the bin files ?

Device profile Ascom has been configured and all the provided files were uploaded.

The configuration and the files were ok.

But we have problem when downloading firmware files to the device. Even if we upload new files. The old files seems to be cached somewhere for a very long time. Is there a configuration for this that can be changed?
