Hi,

I have installed over 50 ata-190 in our network, but they last 1 or 2 days active and then the callmanager unregister all divices our version is 12.5 any other user with the same problem and solucion.

If you use only one of the two lines on the ATA you can try to disable the unused line to see if this helps. ATAs are very known for misbehaving if it has an unconfigured line that is not disabled.
