Auto SIP Dial inside message text using Jabber for Windows client

We have a customer complaining about how whenever he enters a 4 digit number in Jabber, it automatically adds the blue sip dialable hyperlink.  Is there any way to define the number of digits that gets appended with the sip dial hyperlink?
