We want to block jabber from outside the corp network (MRA) but we want to allow webex from outside the corp network. Per tacs instructions I have unchecked the "Enable Mobile and Remote Access" from the user profile. But this also stopped webex calling from working from the outside. Any ideas?
No ideas on the UC side, or I wouldn't know any settings for this. But maybe more on the IPS/IDS, FW side. They may be able to detect the "User-Agent" field in a SIP message and block/drop messages from "Jabber".
