Greetings of the day Everyone,
SCENARIO:
I have forwarded calls to my an external number, when a call is made to the phone, call forwarding is working fine.
Buh when A second call comes while the first call is still in session, the second caller is not told that the line is busy.
As a result, they think like they are being ignored.
Without call Forwarding, the number busy is working okay.
Only with forwarding I am having this issue.
I am using CUCM v14.0 and Cisco 4451 ISR as Gateway.
Your inputs will highly be appreciated.

Then you have to check the busy settings on your external phone. This has nothing to do with your settings in your CUCM or CUBE
If you don't signal a busy there, how should a "busy signal" be provided all the way back?
