Call forward from directory number

Presently Cisco IP phones forward the calls to Employees mobile numbers due to WFH

While receiving the calls on the mobile .The number displaying is employees DID number on there mobile ,not showing calling number .

is there anyway to display original caller number for the call forward calls ?

Not possible. Isp will drop the call if u send it other than the DID. It’s done for billing purpose.

Scenario :1 

Phone A : DID "451000"  extension : "1000" enabled call forward all to mobile "987654321"

Phone B : DID "452000"  Extension "2000" calls Phone A .Calls received on mobile and calling Number showing "451000" 

Question : How to display the actual caller DID "452000"

DID Pilot Number :459999

Phone A : DID "451000"  extension : "1000" enabled call forward all to mobile "987654321"

External Caller Mobile Number :123456 

External Caller Called Phone A  :"451000"  .forwarded called received on Mobile number ,calling Number showing "451000" 

Question : How to display the actual caller DID Pilot Number :459999

Scenario :1  if you make the Calling Party Selection on gateway to Originator. caller id will be 452000  . Doing this you will face issue when some one call from outside. for calls from outside to phone A, forwarded call will send ANI callers mobile number. and ISP will drop this call.

Scenario :2 your actual DID is 451000

Call Forward off Scenario:

 Phone A recieved the Call from Mobile  , Call will be landed in Cisco IP phone and Caller ID will shows : 123456 

Call Forward On Scenario:

 Phone A recieved the Call from Mobile  ,Call will be landed in mobile "987654321" and Caller ID will shows : 451000

Is there any way to show Caller ID "123456 "  ,In Call forward On scenario.

You need to check with your  ISP, if they allow ANI other than your DID block you can archive ur requirement by making Originator on gateway.

most ISP doesn't allow this for billing purpose.

For scenario 1 you could create a voice translation rule in your gateway, provided you use a control protocol that allows this (SIP or H323), that changes the calling number if it’s not on of your DIDs into something that is in your DID range.

Start by reaching out to your telco and find out if they allow sending ANI from numbers you do not own, most telcos don't allow that.
