Hi All, End user makes a call via "click to call" from say outlook contacts list, webex makes the call via their local gateway. All OK BUT the call history only shows the number and nit the name of the contact.
Any ideas?

I’d expect that behavior unless the user has also create a contact in the Webex app with that number. Contacts are not synced with M365/Google currently. Please consider upvoting enhancements requests to that effect though.
