Recently deployed jabber and are able to do video calling in softphone mode between jabber clients. Also able to complete video calling between video enabled deskphones (ie 9971 to dx650, 8945 etc..)
We are unable to place a video call between a jabber client and any of the video IP phones. It appears to try connecting but then gives a message at the bottom indicating that the remote party does not have video enabled.
I've verified video is enabled on the CSF device for the clients. I've enabled RTCP.
Any other suggestions?

Just to confirm, have all the following settings been configured:
1. BFCP enabled on SIP profile assigned to CSF devices.
2. BFCP enabled on SIP profile assigned to SIP trunk to CUPS.
3. BFCP enabled on CSF devices and IP Phones?

It turned out to be bandwidth constraints based on devices in different locations.
Thanks
