Hi Community,
I am having a strange issue. When I dial the Auto Attendant Pilot Number I get the following message.
Ask your operator for assistance. This is a recording.
The SIP integration between CUCM 12.5 and CUC 12.5 is working. I can reach the voicemail prompt but not the AA prompt. The AA CTI route point is configured to forward all calls to voicemail. I can reach the AA prompt, If I configure a route pattern with the AA pilot number.
Any ideas?

The CSS on the voicemail was not set. Updated it and I was able to reach the Auto Attendant.
What is the best practice for assigning partitions and calling search spaces for unity (voicemail and AA)?
