Can not sign in to Cisco Jabber

Hi all,

I am using Cisco Jabber version 9.0.2 (in Windows 7). Connection Settings :

      Server type : Cisco WebEx

Login server : Use the default server

After I enter my account and sign in, Cisco Jabber notifies "Invalid username and password". But I still connect properly with this account by using Cisco Webex connect.

Any body know why?

Thanks

Thuc

Do you still get the issue if you specify the server name instead of the using the default?

Hi Coflaher,

Could you give me the server name ?

Thanks

Thuc

Hi Nguyen,

I have no way of checking the webex server name you need.

You can try and open a support case with webex and they should be able to help.

Hi Nguyen,

Jabber for windows requires to enter username with domain e.g. if your username is "abc" and domain is "example.com", then you should enter "abc@domain.com" as username. If you are entering username in this format and login is failing then please open support case as Colin suggested.

Thanks,

Maqsood

Thank you everybody. I will try to open a TAC case
