Hi,
We have WebEx on prem 2.0.1.507.B-AE. Someone here recently set up meetings for the year 2018. When she goes to the WebEx site and tries to search by date, the meetings do not appear. She cannot make necessary changes.
I could not duplicate the problem, but I hear it does happen now and then. Is this a known problem? Is there any workaround solution? Is the problem fixed in a later release?

Hi Diane,
If the meeting was scheduled for a specific date in the future, it should be searchable on WebEx Site URL of the host in All Meetings section.
Was this meeting scheduled via Web or via Outlook/PT inegration?
There are no known issues causing this to happen.

The meeting was scheduled via Web. The host has the meeting ID but has no way to edit the meeting. Or can she?

Hi Diane,
This meeting should be searchable and editable in WebEx Site URL of the host unless the meeting was deleted.
