Cannot Login to Teams App after SSO is enabled

Hi i have a situation ,,, weekend we enable CDC and SSO succesfully , SSO with ADFS ... i was able to login sucessfully to teams thru chrome browser ( teams.webex.com),,,but NOT thru Teams app. when i logged thru team app ,,i get our office IDP window to login ,,after inputing the user/password ,,,the window appears again multiple time...

Same is true with  Meeting as well .

was a solution ever found for this? sounds like Webex Teams is not getting assigned a token or is not able to use the token properly

Hello @maqsood ahmed,

Did you get this fixed? If a user can log in using the Web Client but not from Webex app please check if there's a proxy blocking the Desktop app.
