Chat history in webex teams

Hi Team,

How can i export webex teams/spark chat history ?

If i will use this forum for my team technical discussion,what metrics can we look at for this ? # of posts and responses ?

You can invite a bot and do that or use Pro Pack which allows you to export for compliance reasons

Can you developp the part "bot". I don't find a bot which can export the chat history to an other chat session (or teams).

Bots are similar to regular Webex Teams users. They can participate in 1-to-1 and group spaces and users can message them directly or add them to a group space. A special badge is added to a bot's avatar in the Webex Teams clients so users know they're interacting with a bot instead of a human.
