When on call I'm unable to share screen with the participant; however, when not on call I'm able to share without any issues. I was able to work around it by sharing the screen and making a phone call separately.
The screen share option is not active when on call.

I have verified if BFCP was applied and enabled. I have not verified bandwidth between clients. But I just made another test call and noticed that this issue is intermittent. I will have to dig deeper into CAC and verify if we're having insufficient bandwidth issues.

Do you have BFCP enabled and enough video BW between both clients?
What troubleshooting have you done?
