Hi Vinod, 

It's a public cert installed in Tomcat-Trust that comes pre-installed on Cisco apps for "Call Home Server Certificate" feature in case you need to communicate with Cisco Home server.

This cert comes default and used for feature called Cisco Smart Call Home.

If you are not using this feature actively, feel free to delete it.

I had same and deleted and did not affect services.
