Change port-ranges Jabber clients

Hello,

Jabber is using a range of media ports which can be changed via the SIP Profile, besides it's also using port-range 8000 - 8100. 

1) It's not very clear to me what this range is used for ? 

2) Where can this be changed - we have a customer with an in-house developed app that's using port 8000 so need to change this one to 8001 - 8100.  (CUCM 11, on-prem deployment, J4W 11.6).

Our company uses port 8001, so they cant use jabber and the program together. CUCM 10.5 on prem, Jabber for Windows 11.6.3. 

Not a lot of employees use this program, so it is not as bad, but they are planning on expanding the use of this software, so i have 2 months to find a solution to this.
