Chat failure

Hi, 

i have iphone and DX80 registred to CUCM and IM&Presence i cam make voice and video call the two device but i can't chat between the two device.

Hi,

Can you make sure if you selected the account type as Im & Presence?, also check your connection Status to Softphone, If not verify the UC Service for Im& Presence is configured in CUCM and verify the checkbox for "Enable user for IM and presence" is enabled.
