chatroom icon is not visible in my Jabber desktop for Windows

i installed CUCM 12.5 And IM & Presence 12.5 and integrated them,I use cisco jabber 12.8 desktop version:

I enabled Persistent Chat feature on IM & Presence and i add external database but i cant see Chat room Tab in my jabber client
I restart Cisco XCP Text Conference Manager and Cisco XCP Router services
and I reset my cisco jabber client many times

i cant find jabber-config.xml file in my clinet system or cucm pub server to add this xml information.

</Client>

any suggestion?

There has never been any jabber-config.xml that comes with the system by default in any release, you need to manually create the file and upload it.

Also, in your case, you need to create the .xml as a UC service due to your CUCM version, but the same applies, there is nothing that comes by default and you need to manually create it and assign it.
