Cisco 3905 ip phone with enhanced license

Hi we have 300, enhanced license, but when I configure 3905 ip phone it show me it consume essential license, we don't have any essential license, actually it consume enhanced license,is there any way we can split enhanced license so that we can also use jabber with 3905 ip phone?

3905 phone use essential license. If you have not installed essential license the plm  will borrow from upper tier in your case which is enhanced.

there is no option to split it. 

3905 with Jabber is two device and plm required enhanced plus if you assign owner id. If not assigned it require enhanced licenses for Jabber and essential license for 3905.

do you have enhanced plus license to cover users with two device ?
