Cisco 560 headset has an echo

Hi Folks,

I am facing an issue with the wireless Cisco 561 headset when making calls(Internally or outside) that i am hearing myself(Talker Echo). Any one faced this issue before?

Check the sidetone setting that's been configured, that would be my guess.

Yes. It's working now after changing Sidetone settings to off.
