Hi,

I require assistance with my CUCM issue:

The Call Manager service start operation was successful. However, both the Cisco Call Manager service and the Cisco CTI Manager are not currently running.

I see the server has been up a long time. What happens if you reboot the entire node?

Obvious question, are the services activated on the specific cluster node(s) where you’re seeing the services not starting?

Thank you for your feedback.

The services have been activated and started successfully, but they are not currently running. For further details, please refer to the image below.

Instead of restarting, stop the service and start it again. or try deactivate the service and activate it after some time. Try reboot as @Roger Kallberg  mentioned, if nothings works you might need TAC support.

Not to be picky, but I do believe that it was I who made the suggestion that you should restart/reboot.
