Cisco CUCM upgrade tool

Dears, 

I have a customer with CUCM version 11.0 wants to upgrade to CUCM 12.5. he has BE6M server. does we need to use CUCM upgrade tool first or we do not need it any more. also, does BE6M can support CUCM 12.5

if you are asking about PCD, that's the best tool u can use for upgrades, migrations etc... PCD will automate your migrations and upgrade.

• CUCM 12.5 require Vmware  6.5.(TRC document link). so you need to upgrade the BE6K Vmware version if it's not running 6.5.

After reading all of the above, you'll have all the information to plan the upgrade.
