I have Cisco Router ISR4321 with inbuilt 4GB Ram and flash. I need to upgrade it to 8GB. Should i add 4GB or 8 GB ??

Jaime, how does this help. You have to specify what Memory to buy....not dump a datasheet link.
I have the same issue and n one seems to know how to upgrade an ISR4321 to 8G RAM

The memory in the ISR 4321 is DDR3 ECC and the ISR 4321 has only one DIMM slot. The memory upgrade part number for ordering from Cisco is MEM-4320-4GU8G.
Cisco recommends a flash upgrade with the memory upgrade, the reason being the crash dumps the IOS generates in case of a crash - the more memory the router has, more flash it needs to store the memory dumps. Flash upgrade part number is MEM-FLSH-4U8G.
