Has anyone else seen the 12-hour format available for the Jabber 12.9 and 12.9.1?

Hello there!

Be aware of the follwoing defect: https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvv06604 which describes the following symptom: Jabber chats display in 24 hour (military) time and can't change according to the system settings which currently does not have a workaround and is affecting Jabber versions 12.9

That defect is supposed to have been resolved in 12.9.1.
