Dear,

I have CUCM 8.6 and CUP 8.6 and 6921 IP Phone as Endpoint and A Jabber SoftPhone that Primary Device is the 6921.

The Problem is that when my jabber user is logout. My Phone Device (6921) is calling and some missed call showed up on Device but when i login to jabber the missed call didn't display anything and no call history show.

I appreciate if someone could tell me what should be the problem.

Thanks

That's expected, a device cannot have a missed call, when the device was not registered and didn't ring.

Hi,

This is working as designed. Jabber won't show missed call history until and unless it in logged in. Jabber stores the history in local folder on windows machine. If its not logged in there is no way to write the missed call history data in that folder.

Thanks
