Cisco Jabber catalog issue

Hello! 

We use CUCM, CUP 8.6 and Cisco Jabber 12.1

All users in jabber directory shows as email, while user is found by First or Last name in search bar.

When jabber relogin or restarts,  all users become as emails again.

Can it be fixed in CUP or CUCM?

Does the problem persist in the latest 12.6 version?

Are you using UDS or CDI to LDAP for contact resolution?
Are local chat/call history retained across relaunch (ie is Jabber able to save to AppData)?
Jabber had a mandatory change from BDI/EDI to a combined CDI in 11.8. Verify your config was updated if not using UDS.

We use End Users in contacts, there is no LDAP integration in our CUCM.
Yes, after Jabber relaunch I see chat/call history.

This problem has been going on for a long time before 11.8 version.

This guide for later CUCM version, we have 8.6.2, there is no User Management > User Settings > UC Service menu. How it configurating in our version? Cant find guide, just for 9.0
