Cisco Jabber integration with Outlook Calendar

I have integrated Outlook with Cisco Jabber and it worked for me fine. When snapshot is been reverted it is not working.
It is in virtualization environment, also will it work without activation code?

What version of IMPS and Cisco Jabber you are using?

Which activation code you are referring?
