I have jabber installed in my IPhone. There are many WIFI network (EG: WIFI 1, WIFI 2, WIFI 3 ..ect) in company. When I am connected to one WIFI network (e.g: wifi 1), jabber works fine.
But when I am connected to another WIFI network (e.g: wifi 2), there is one way audio issue. I can hear other users, but other users can't hear me.
Also When I use jabber from my laptop using LAN, it works fine. And again with another WIFI Network (eg: wifi 2), one way audio issue.
Can some help help to fix the problem? I beleive this is something related to QoS settings in network. But want to know what exactly.

Would suggest connecting the Windows Jabber client and connecting it over WiFi 2 and make a test call. During live call would suggest hitting CTRL+SHIFT+S to view Live Call statistics. It would present information what is the Codec and the IP address for RTP.

If the Wi-Fi network in question is running NAT, or some sort of fixup/firewalling it is possible this is the cause, but one can't tell for sure without more details. Jabber doesn't support NAT directly, but does via MRA or I suppose if you have really good fixup/helper on your NAT appliance.

usually the reason of one way audio issue is network reachability issue between two media call parties, let connect one laptop to wifi2 and ping from it to the the called party destination IP address , it will be the voice gateway IP address if you make outgoing call for example, and vice verse from the voice gateway ping the laptop IP address, I think you will get network issue in one direction.
