Cisco Jabber Outlook 2010 integration issue

Hello!

I have strange issue with Cisco Jabber for windows and MS Outlook.

If I start Cisco Jabber for Windows client on my PC than in Outlook I don't

see Phone Number informations for this user's which have not installed Jabber

(screen2).

If I close Cisco Jabber for Windows client on my PC than in Outlook I can see

Phone Number informations for all user's.

(screen1).

I need help for resolve this problem.

Hi Sergey,

Jabber integration with Outlook will try to fill contact card with available contact data - in your case probably there was no data for these two fields from available data sources. Please open profile data from Jabber and confirm that you have same data there.
