Cisco Jabber stuck on "Connecting" in login screen

I installed Cisco Jabber for Windows and it stuck on "Connecting". I have follow this link: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-24134, but it did not work.  What would be the issue and how do resolve this promblem?

If you go to the Jabber menu, under "Preferences", you can "Reset Jabber".  This will allow you to at least interuppt the connection process - although it means that you have to re-enter all of your config information.  But at least it let's you get back in.
