cisco jabber windows

good morning ,

i have issue with jabber windows when i login through MRA phone service not working 

in the report problem appear tcp/5061 block but as per FW team the port is allow

note: cisco jabber android and IOS are working fine through MRA

Can you check the profile which use for iOS  and windows. Secure profile or not ?
