Hi Team,
Hope you are doing well,
user can't able to send the attachment file throgh iphone or android.
From PC & laptop no issue .whats the steps i have to follow to Troubleshoot this issue?

Hi,
You have two options either you can use unity connection for auto attendant at the HQ and have Cisco unity express as IVR on Branch CME routers or you can just use CUC at the HQ for auto attendant for all the calls. The calls for AA numbers for all sites in the second scenario can be forwarded to CUCM and then CUC by branch CME routers.
