Cisco MSI - Jabber Video - Etherenet Socket Error

Installed Cisco Jabber for Video (MSI) and have Cisco Jabber 12.7, with a Cisco 8865 Desk phone. I have enabled the Camera and also Video through PC option on the phone. The desk phone is connected directly to the PC ethernet, and the Switch is connected directly to the phone - Current Setup is as follows: Switch <-> Phone <-> PC.

However I see no video showing on the jabber client when a phone call is made using deskphone control. I can see the Cisco Deskphone show the video and also bring up a pop up saying for video to work through computer you'lll need to log into the Cisco App (Jabber in my case), which I've done.

I checked the event logs and can see under Cisco MSI there are a number of errors as follows:

Sending a CDP packet v2 from <Local Area Connection><20/02/29 12:27:22.896>.
CdpIfController Send is called from Main Event Loop: true<20/02/29 12:27:22.896>.
MsiDriverSocket::sendPacket - Called<20/02/29 12:27:22.896>.
EthernetSocket::SendPacket return true<20/02/29 12:27:22.896>.
CdpIfController send(msi::CdpPacket & cdp)<20/02/29 12:27:22.896>.
Failed to write to the ethernet socket: A device attached to the system is not functioning.<20/02/29 12:27:22.896>.
Did not receive any CDP packets on interface <Local Area Connection>: Disabling CDP<20/02/29 12:27:23.236>.
Sending notification for section "CDP", changes=1<20/02/29 12:27:23.236>.
Received a notification about CDP configuration change<20/02/29 12:27:23.236>.
Outgoing packet on <Local Area Connection> changed<20/02/29 12:27:23.239>.
Ignoring interface <Loopback Pseudo-Interface 1> (reason: IP protocol is not enabled)<20/02/29 12:27:23.259>.

This then keeps repeating every minute in the logs.

Any thoughts or ideas why this would be happening? I can see the local PC window firewall is off.

Also should I see the Jabber Client -> Settings -> Video - Show any camera? currently says none found.
