Cisco Webex - Audio connection issues

Hi 

 

I have Cisco Webex Meeting center Version (31.14.3.30 ) , I receive the below message when i try to host a meeting " You are experiencing connection issue . Wait a few moments and try again."

 

Doesn't appear to be an issue in network as others in my LAN are able to host . 

 

Any pointers to fix this issue would be really helpful

Is this Issue with Cloud webex meeting? or MeetingPlace?

Its an issue with meeting place , my webex looks like this xxx personal
room

Please try a TSP reset, It should fix it.

where are you in relation to the webex server?  VPN, LAN? 

 

does it work without problems for other users?

The webex server runs on LAN

Also My attendees see the same message when they try to dial into my Web ex Personal room ,
