Cisco WebEx Productivity Tools Update/Roll-out

Hi Guys,

 

I'm in the middle of upgrading our WebEx systems to an Hybrid cloud version.

With this we are doing tests on small batches selected users to upgrade the productivity tools to the newest version (33.0.2.69).

 

However the installer whitepaper doesn't have like an extra control to stop outlook, delete the old version, install the new version and start outlook again. 40%-50% of the test laptops crashed during the installation of the tools and needed to be re-staged with a new windows.

 

Not quite a happy thought if we are going to roll-out the software over multiple countries.

Does anybody know if the connector for outlook start/stop exists for M$ SCCM.
