hello

we have to move users from one CUPS cluster to another. In order they don't have to reinstall their contacts, i exported contact list from a cups server and imported them to the other cluster.

it seems that I only see them if a user is assigned to the PUBLISHER

the cups servers have the same version.

It seems as a replication issue but the CLI command answered that all is OK.

Can Anyone confirm that the contact list is only on cups server not on jabber directories on the PC ?

has anyone show the same issue ?

Version 8.6.4-11900-1 for all servers, version 9.1.0 for Jabber

Hi,

Jabberwin does not cache contacts locally in On-Prem mode. However a local contacts list is maintained in Cloud mode that gets updated after a (configurable) period of time.

Do you not see personal (aka pizza guy) contacts after the import? They are not yet supported by client, and there is no way import them.
