Hi all
Some users are showed with IM address and not with full name in Missed Calls in J4W 9.1. If I change the View to today or another view, the users are then displayed with full name. But why doesn’t it display them with full name to start with? It seems that it's only corporate users I haven't added to my buddy list, but still they should get displayed with full name.
Any suggestions?
Here is my jabber-config.xml file:

Hi Kristian,
Are there appropriate rules in DirLookupDialRules to resolves these user's phone numbers. Voicemail uses DirLookupDialRules to resolve contacts. Can you reproduce and provide a clean problem report?
Thanks,
Maqsood

Hi Masqsood
It was also my thought that I needead a appropriate Directory Lookup rial rule. So I tried to add a rule, but unfortunately without any luck.
But I think we already have a rule that should lookup corporate numbers that is formated like this: +451111XXXX.
Here is the rule:
Name: Plus
Description: Plus lookup
Number Begins With: +451111
Number of Digits: 11
Total Digits to be Removed: 7
Prefix With Pattern
In Denmark we are using numbers of 8 digits. And with the area code (+45) it's a total of 11 digits.
Are the rule looking OK or?
Thanks alot.
Kristian

Hi Kristian,
You could open a case to confirm that the root cause is same as CSCud48323.
Thanks,
