CUC Directory Handler Voice Enable canned responses

When you Voice Enable a Directory handler and then when a user incorrectly says a name wrong or CUC doesn't understand CUC says some phrases back to the caller.  These phrases are to help the caller say the name better.   Where do those canned phrases come from and are they configurable?

The phrases are internal to CUC (comes packaged with them) and cannot be reconfigured unfortunately.
