CUC Voicemail Storage Capacity

Hi Experts, I am a bit confused about the capacity. 

CUC 14 / 5000 users OVA

Found these documents:

1. If this is the correct source, where I can change or set this? I tried to check from the server, and I do not see this option.

2. Found this as well. Not sure if which is correct. Basically, our client just want to know what is the Voicemail Storage Capacity of the entire server? Note: We only have 1 node of CUC server.

Does above mean 137, 298 minutes?
