Hi Guys,
I don´t have experience with credential policy configuration. I created a new credential policy and enable dependency records. When I try verify the application Users nothing appear. Is need associate any parameter in application User to I see the new credential policy?
Thanks a lot,
Wilson

Or simply use every engineers best friend, Google. A search for “CUCM credential policy” gave this as the first result.

If you create an new policy and don’t associated it with anything then it would not show any dependency. Isn’t that sort of a given? You’d need to configure the appropriate assignment to the new policy for it to be used.

Hi Roger,
Thanks a lot for Your contact.
Ok, as I told I don´t have experience with credential policy. As I do to configure the appropriate assignment to the new policy for it to be used?

Don’t have a CUCM at hand at the moment, but if you look at the default credential policy you should be able to get the dependency of that and by that figure out what you’d need to do to get the new policy to be used.
